At Our Pop-Up, (a division of Whole Hogz BBQ) we provide a platform for chefs and cooks to showcase their innovative food ideas. We believe in offering our customers a unique dining experience that allows them to explore new flavors from local cooks. Our Pop-Up has something for everyone. Chefs, food vendors, cooks, home cooks, and food truck owners love the creative freedom they have at Our Pop-Up to bring you new food dishes every week.

Pop-up restaurants are temporary restaurants hosted in various spaces, such as existing restaurants on their off days, bars, arcades, bowling alleys, or even chef's homes. Our Pop-Up is a brick & mortar restaurant where our chefs/cooks can take the form of everything from an exclusive one-night takeover to a three-month residency.

Our small sit down restaurant is fully equipped with a full kitchen, plating, utensils, digital advertising, pos systems and so much more giving our cooks the opportunity to grow.

Thanks for your interest in wanting to be a part of Our Pop-Up an extended pop-up restaurant. Our goal is to give you the opportunity to see what it might be like to own a restaurant or just a place to showcase your food and bring something new to the community.

We are looking for something new, different or unique that people might not have ever tried before. So, this is where you bring your A game, recipes past down from family or your own twist. Our small restaurant setting is a perfect way for you to do just this.

How it works - There are some requirements to host and sale food at Our Pop-Up but nothing your not use to as a vendor or food truck owner unless your a home cook. Just as you would if your a food vendor or food truck owner you'll supply your own staff (cooks, cleaning, wait/host, etc) including supplying your own food and you set your own prices (Our Pop-Up keeps a percentage of total sales or a flat fee). Our Pop-Up will provide the restaurant space, utensils, stoves, flat-tops, deep friers, coolers, plates, glass ware, point of sale system, and everything else needed. Here's some reasons to join us.

We prefer you have business or liability insurance but we have insurance in place.
Purchased food must come from a credible source (walmart, gordons foods, sam's club, costco, etc) with receipts.
